How did I think I'd really have time to blog about TFA institute? We only have a week left and it's amazing to think how much has happened and changed since I left that Columbia airport 6 weeks ago.
We are about to start our last week of teaching! I know it's going to be an emotional rollercoaster, because I am exhausted, and excited, and in love with my kids. They are tested this week, and I think I'm more nervous and anxious than they are! But they made me incredibly proud by asking if I could give them extra worksheets to practice over the weekend! They are such smart kids, they just need the right foundation to launch from. I hope they see it in themselves and continue to grow next year and each year after.
I'm busy preparing for the week and organizing everything before heading back to the South for a couple days then back to St. Louis! It's nonstop!
